P3 has temporarily suspended sales of this product following safety concerns recently raised by Stark Future regarding aftermarket VARG skid plates.

P3 stands behind the design and performance of our products. Importantly, the P3 VARG skid plate is designed to retain and utilize the original Stark energy-absorbing foam insert and incorporates P3’s compliant grommet mounting system.

Stark has requested that P3 discontinue this product citing impact testing involving an “aftermarket skid plate.” The testing summary provided to P3 does not identify the aftermarket skid plate tested as a P3 product or state whether the OEM Stark foam insert, which is retained as part of P3’s solution, was used during that test.

Out of an abundance of caution, P3 has voluntarily suspended new sales while we seek additional information from Stark regarding its testing and conclusions.

The safety of our customers comes first, and we believe obtaining the complete facts is the responsible course of action. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
